Kroger Company is a company trying to survive in ever changing climate with alot of competition. I get that. But constant under staffed..over working the existing employees, Industry leading poor pay for workers..leads to low moral. Great co workers. Poor CEO upper management
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the employees at Kroger are slackers. Very few actually work. I have a great store team. Poor staff. Company wants to cut every hour and corner to hit numbers at the employees expense of walking into a complete nightmare situations the following day.
