Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was maniupulated into an awful paying position right at the peak of the pandemic. After 3.5 years of killing myself to live they've finally decide to attempt to eliminate me - Knowing I'm suffering from debilitating mental health issues and purposely exacerbating them in hopes of my demise.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was explicitly lied to about my starting pay and status. They did not tell me until 2 weeks in that I was not full time and only made 11.75. March 2020 was the peak of the PANDEMIC and I signed my life away to garbage lies instead of free Covid money. They cost me 57k tax free, zero work involved.
