Their cohesiveness, hard work, leading by example, and being able to relate to employees on a "real life" level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate to actually work in stores with the expectations required of the blue collar employees. Expectations are too high given the hours to achieve the levels of success. Employees feel constant level of "set up to fail".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better medical insurance. When minimum wage increase, it was not across the board. It has taken me years to attain the wage I receive, now employees are making what took me five years to earn.
