Managers listening to employees if someone they work with isn't a good fit for the environment would be nice.

The one manager who actually listens and helps and doesn't sweat the small stuff like forgetting my name tag every once in a while.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More money. The ability to put customers in their place when they are being rude or awful to me. Managers who dont micromanage and sweat the small stuff.
