More respect between coworkers and more people that take their job serious

No respect, can not get fulltime and cannnot move up. Get eid of seniority and go with experience

Have management experience in both retail and restaurants over 20 years but kroger dont care they go by seniority and no experience workers

The variety of services and discounts available for being a Kroger associate are great
