What is the best part about your compensation package?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If Equipment was fixed and coworkers used them correctly or at all. Maybe there attention would be to be nicer and happy to work with each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were point blank then from what it is now. Honestly if they were not just sun shin and rainbows but point blank with the information we wouldn't have such a turn over at some locations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our store tries but sometimes others make it so hard to do a great job. Follow through, show up, do their job well, or ship out. Retail customer service anywhere in the store is not for everybody. Of it's not for them they need to stop wasting our company money and time!
