Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Be cause I have worked for Kroger for 19 yrs and it has steadily started going down hill fast for the last 10 yrs

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Needs to start listening to there employees about where the company needs to go, and what there employees need to get there jobs done right!
