The new system of pack down or stocking of shelves called sidekick is causing havoc on the sales floor for sales associates. Management basically expects you to be in two places at the same time and wiil write you up to the point of termination. Customer service is no longer a priority. It is awful.

I love my coworkers we talk and carry on like we are family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
After four or five interviews finally getting hired is what I liked most.
What makes you most happy at work?
The only thing that makes me happy is working with my coworkers and helping customers especially the ones that ask for me specifically.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to pay more attention to what is actually going on, on the sales floor. Though stocking of the shelves is important sales associates can't give good customer service and stock shelves at the same time. This causes extreme frustration causing low moral and even hatred.
