Unless you "drink the HD Kool ade" you won't get very far. Lateral movement between departments is difficult and often hire from outside to fill jobs. A 3% across the board raise is an insult to those who work hard and under great stress daily.

Consisted of Manager talking post it note off my paperwork and telling me what position I'd even highed for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Walmart recently raised hourly workers compensation to $18 an hour and majority of HD employees make less than $17 an hour. HD Profits exceed Lowes by a significant margin yet 3*% is all we're worth?
