Managers need to work better with the employees!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers spend their time walking around twiddling their thumbs not doing a thing. Customer can walk by and they don't even acknowledge them!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store Manager at 2010 needs to learn to be a leader. He does not treat everyone fairly and will pick his few favorites whom just follow him around at all times not working!
