The energy from department supervisors, they are the best at lifting moral and delegating tasks and issues to take care of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store manager needs to stay a neutral party when speaking to associates, when handling sensitive issues, and when trying to find a solution to a problem. Favoritism and bias is a major problem and unprofessionalism is at its finest.
