Positive toxicity. The typical outsider's perception of Workday being a company to seek employment at especially if you're a BIPOC to join a company truly dedicated to inclusivity is not real. I took a pay-cut to join Workday thinking it was safe & within a year was proven wrong. Applicants beware!

The genuine and kind people I get to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people you work with lower than management level are genuine and kind. Mid-level management and up operate like robots and adhere to check box activities. It's extremely disingenuous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging and talking about issues in society that flow into our work lives even if it makes them uncomfortable. Stop pretending to care about your employees if you don't. It's less psychologically harming when you don't mislead people.
