I am here at Workday for over a year now, great culture, work life balance and encouragement of diversity is very positive (close to my heart), compensation is nice, leaders treats with respect and positive environment. I would recommend Workday to everyone in my network.

We are one big family who truly cares for each other! We listen to each others ideas, welcome them and encourage everyone to speak their mind. Blessed to part of this team.

The type of work i do (i am TA partner), truly enjoy servicing my clients (HM) and my candidates! Such a great satisfaction, i am blessed to be TAP (i feel it is my callings).

I am normally happy go person, enjoys life one day at a time AND fortunately i am working in TA (it's in my DNA to help) and that is perfect match for me. I ENJOY helping my candidates, guide them and have opportunity to share great Workday culture! What else anyone can ask for? Blessed to be here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly new here but what i hear from other tech firm, i think we are fairly paid here. Wish they have better RSU for talent acquisition team but overall not bad. Compensation package can not be only monetary - we are having so much fun here (and great work life), you can't put price tag on it.
