Workday is the best company I have worked for and this is because I have decided it to be .. I am realizing there are soooo many opportunities to experience the culture how I want to and if I do not participate I cannot complain about the culture. I love the work, my customers, my management team

What makes you most happy at work?
when my customers move forward on their initiative, buy more software or when we overcome a major hurdle or challenge and work together to make it happen. I love collaboration and bringing others to solve a challenge!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is AMAZING and I am truly inspired by their commitment to me as an employee and our team. However, I feel there are changes brewing that will keep them from being able to care for us in the way they have and there are leaders above them that do not have that type of care!
