I have enjoyed my time at workday. theres plenty of opportunity and resources available to pave my path of success. However, it is challenging to move to other parts of the business due to geographic regions, especially if you want a job change within Workday.

We have a lot of events which is fun. Also we have alot of clubs and communities to get amongst

there's visibility and a trusting relationship. Most people are happy to receive slack messages and reach out so the personable approach is appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about helping others and open for collaboration. Theres a trusting relationship and opportunity to work independently if need be. Great opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the company with gigs etc
