I joined workday over 11 years ago and have had the privilege of seeing the company grow. In that time, I have consistently heard the message that Workday values its workforce and for the most part, that message is given at every level.

Workday is a forward thinking company. I joined early on and am still with the company almost 13 years later. They have a vision and they share that vision. We are all encouraged to contribute to the vision and that really means something.

I appreciate the consistent and positive communications.

I believe we have good medical benefits.

The upbeat and creative and creative atmosphere.

Healthcare, but the direction on healthcare is concerning. Every year, the benefits are cut back and Cigna is more about denying care.

The commitment to our customers and to the world overall. The sustainability initiatives, responsible AI, and a true eye to the future.

So Smart. Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with and a true team mentality as all try to help each other be successful.
