Workday is so special to me. I've been here 7 years and I love it. I am challenged all the time and constantly growing. I love working hard to help this company, it's made me grow personally too! I feel we are all treated humanely and WD cares about us, genuinely. I went from some very toxic environments where I gained 100 lbs and struggled and I thrive at Workday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm supported in my physical and mental well-being and treated like a human -- not a number. I've worked for the largest of the large and smallest of the small companies and there's nothing like Workday.
