We work really well together and compliment each other's strengths to make a well rounded team. They are also passionate about what they do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are driven to grow the business, but never lose touch with the impact on employees. Even the layoffs a couple weeks ago seem to feel like a personal lose to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We value diversity in many different ways and treat people equitably with an intent to include everyone. There are many fun activities as well that help us to truly connect with each other
