We work hard and have good times together. There's a sense that leadership is trying to get us to feel we belong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That for them, I'm not a number, I'm a person with individual needs and issues. They accept me for who I am and motivate me to be my best version.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the stocks program. It gives me a sense that even though I'm doing my best to save for retirement, I get this extra slack to feel more comfortable with finances, then being able to focus on work related things.
