Workday truly does hire a diverse workforce. The people I work with are smart and creative and skilled and value collaboration.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel positively challenged in my work and encouraged to use my strengths and skills. And my team is wonderful to work with!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible work location is great and our group has a quarterly bonus plan, which really helps to keep me focused on my goals and productivity, both for Workday's success and for mine. We also get a good amount of paid holidays in the US.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workday values fun!! And it shows in the way that people manage and the way we work in our teams. Workday values it's employees as well and I do feel that on a daily basis, both in the work I do with my teammates and also within our management and leadership group.
