My tenure has been short but the welcome I received followed up by the very thorough onboarding set my expectations high and they have been met every step of the way! Workday has a found a way to balance being a huge, international company and maintaining localized and inclusive culture.

Good feedback from teammates and customers! I enjoy solving problems and making someone's day a little (or a lot) easier.

I enjoy how transparent it is, the perks the company offers (through benefits, wellness, reimbursement/allowances) and the actual commitment to the core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are incredible. They are knowledgable and more importantly, more than willing to share that knowledge! They are welcoming, care about each other as people and are champions of their fellow coworkers and their successes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office culture is incredible with the amount of VIBE councils, activities, support of individual coworker's cultures (we just had a Diwali celebration!) and also the online/slack culture for those we don't see in office but still want to connect with.
