I am incredibly thankful for a lot of what i have been given at workday- mostly from the people. However, we're misaligned as a company around our values and output. Our leaders do not understand what it takes to secure a customer or maintain happy customers and in fact are acting against that.

We have amazing people at workday.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues, the product i sell and the industry vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Workday attracts some of the smartest, creative and hardworking people i have had the honor of working with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my immediare leadership - RSD and RVP, who know me as a person but also have a really real and valid pulse on whats going on in the business and industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1) were undepaid comparatively in the market 2) the tam is incredibly limited by AE 3) there is a culture of blaming the sales team at workday, with no accountability for how we as a company have got there.
