My experience here has been chaotic. I haven't been in the same role or on the team here for two years. Never feeling confident in your role is draining and makes you feel like you always need to be stressing about the next step or job security.

I enjoy my immediate team, the PTO, and the work from home. but the pay is not great and opportunity is few and far between

The leadership team should value lower level employees more instead of only caring about higher ups. They also need to be more communicative of company's goals and HOW they are going to reach them. Communication between departments is lacking at times.

No credit is ever given to those grinding out the low level work no one wants. A pat on the back after a long, stressful week doesn't go very far.

pay is lacking, retention is hard when people leave bc of burnout, and positions are not backfilled. it creates a cycle that leads to more burn out and more people leaving.

Workload is too high requiring too many extra hours. Pay would be fair for a 40 hour work week.
