What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ELT is care about every region/ gender etc., won't make differences among these.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEO needs to stop micromanaging every aspect of the company. It is strangling our productivity and preventing any growth.

They need to get better at recognizing people's strengths and weaknesses. Too often the catcher is playing centerfield and the shortstop is catching. Management doesn't appreciate the skills of the operators and never did.

My salary is fair and there is an opportunity for a bonus at the end of the year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is below average level in the same level of other companies

I am not satisfied with my current position. Therefore, the compensation looks inadequate.

It is expected to be proactive and put into your daily work extra initiatives, however the compensation remains the same even during the dificult times like these. Better compensation would definitely make me feel more valuable and would not tempt me to look into other companies and opportunities.

Pay needs to be higher across the board. Raises for promotions should be based on a threshold for the new role and not locked by specific percentages. This has created many situations where employees are underpaid.

It feels that Upper Management is not trusting small teams and their managers and more controls are put in place. Also it is sad to see great talents leaving due to lack of motivation, evaluation and promotion.

We need control over the budget for our department and to not have to get approval for entry-level positions directly from the CEO.

There seems to be an overall lack of discipline and direction on the production floor. There doesn't need to be a sweat shop mentality but there needs to be more focus than there currently is.
