Inflation this year was at a all time high around 8% and our increase was only 4%. A lot of companies are paying higher wages for similar positions at OpSec.

Companies find themselves in a competitive market post covid to attract and retain good employees. Bonus plans should reflect or even improve upon companies they are competing against. A good salesperson will always know their services are in demand will be hungry for the best financial package.
