I've had benefits at other jobs but the ones ADP provides are truly top tier. The price and value and benefits are better than what the government provides. The cost is reasonable each month,

having eye exam covered outside of the 350 saved me so much money. am impressed with Manulife coverage they are better as of today then blue cross.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the same job as collegues in West Germany, live in a huge city and do also face the same rising living costs as my West German collegues and still they earn way more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are a true sense of the work. We work collaboratively with each other for the number of projects that we are involved. We provide support to each other and any of us steps in when required. Any of us can ask the other questions at any time.

The best thing to me about the culture and environment at ADP is that I get to absorb other strategies and approaches from all around the world. Working in a global setting, on a common goal of delivering stellar service to our clients means having a worldly work environment and I have that at ADP.

I love to be working on a role that suits my talents, skills and interests. This role is a career shift for me and I like the new information that I have learnt as well as bring my experience to my team to help them.
