Better filtering interviews by experienced staff, not experienced staff who are here since forever. Strict performance reviews, especially managers and tenured people.

People surrounding me and their drive.

the company is looking forward the investor more than the associates and that's not good. Money should be re-invested in the company to retain skilled people and do team building more than increasing the stock value. Actions like forced migration to the cloud is not understandable.
