Completing tasks and advancing the project
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are highly visible and make their priorities clear
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always responsive with questions and concerns and communication is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the amount of work required for the current compensation is too much. More reasonable project planning would mitigate this.
