The best part of the compensation package is the salary + bonus/profit-sharing. I do miss the pension plan, though.

I feel that the amount of work required for the current compensation is too much. More reasonable project planning would mitigate this.

Pay structure in ADP is not competent . Also they miss to provide various tax benefits that could help employees to save the taxes such as fuel bills to avoid taxes on it etc.

At times there is gap between effort and recognition and some workflows feel overlay complex. Streamlining processes and ensuring contributions are consistently acknowledged wold improve both morale and productivity

the company is looking forward the investor more than the associates and that's not good. Money should be re-invested in the company to retain skilled people and do team building more than increasing the stock value. Actions like forced migration to the cloud is not understandable.
