They're usually upfront about things and helpful. Not pushy and demanding. Understandable.

Executive leadership team is implementing policy and providing environment for employees to have purpose and belonging. There is still overall lack of trust across organization. Managers across company lack true leadership skills. Proven technical ability does not always translate to people skills.

Decent health insurance. Premiums aren't too high yet!
