I feel due to long sales cycles and a focus on larger deals , missing your target is more likely. There needs to be a consideration , if a deal is 6mth or longer you may not earn any commission for long periods of time. This needs to be addressed

I've heard that junior colleagues make roughly 10% less than I do, so I kind feel underpaid from that perspective. Other companies are offering more RSUs than Appian - e.g. UiPath is offering RSUs worth of 160k EUR on a 4 year basis.
