The RSU vesting scheme needs to move from annual to quarterly in line with most tech companies. I wouldn't have joined if I had known this.

I feel due to long sales cycles and a focus on larger deals , missing your target is more likely. There needs to be a consideration , if a deal is 6mth or longer you may not earn any commission for long periods of time. This needs to be addressed

Being paid more would make my comfort of living easier and then in turn make me a better employee. I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but the level of work that I put out vs what I get paid seems like there could be an adjustment.

I've heard that junior colleagues make roughly 10% less than I do, so I kind feel underpaid from that perspective. Other companies are offering more RSUs than Appian - e.g. UiPath is offering RSUs worth of 160k EUR on a 4 year basis.
