  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The positions I've been offered are the same rate they were 7 years ago. Benefits are substandard and the benefits team is rude and unresponsive. Once a contract is completed, recruiters ignore you and reach out to newer talent, even if the client was happy with your contribution.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Training recruiters and benefits staff to respond. Offering competitive compensation over stagnant wages. Encouraging honesty. Overseeing recruiters who resort to ageism.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Reverse the change back to the culture that made them successful
