What is the best part about your compensation package?
Profit sharing bonus and profit sharing retirement bonus. Every year each associate gets a bonus based on bank profit and an additional amount is added to our 401k based on bank profit.

this sounds bad, but the paycheck. I wouldn't do it if I didn't get paid. But, Arvest makes my time enjoyable while making the financial needs I make
