Overall, I enjoy working here. The work-life balance is very good, provided that the hybrid schedule is maintained. My department is incredibly under-staffed and needs restructuring which leads to frustration, and there does not seem to be a strong desire to correct this from an executive standpoint

Taking on more than the normal share of tasks as compared to others in the same role that get paid roughly the same is discouraging. either fair compensation or fair share of tasks would help.
