pretty standard package no surprises

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't feel the company is being transparent about stock dilution. The company quietly raised $96 million in private equity funding in late 2017 without so much as an internal email announcement, marking a clear departure from the massive fanfare that ushered in previous raises.

Management acts like employees are disposable. You have to beg for a raise even if your results are amazing.

There is a pervasive and corrosive culture of blame that can't be pinned on employees. Ultimately, it reflects a failure at the leadership level.

Rebuild company culture to not orbit the egos of a handful of mediocre white dudes. Less palace intrigue.
