Bonuses! Even during the pandemic BAL was generous to give out bonuses when other companies did not.

I have really excelled in learning a lot of new skills in the past 5 years with the firm and I don't believe that my title reflects it or that my salary is adjusted according to all the new responsibilities I have taken on in the past two years including managing employees without a manager title.
