Clear goals and dedication to the product quality, aesthetics, and market differentiators that will improve the product against our competitors in the commercial market space. Dedication to improving employee's compensation that is competitive as well as sensitive to current financial climate.

I don't feel undervalued but I am under paid. Getting a fair wage would make me feel better.

A performance evaluation system that rewards financially based on merit, actions and experience. Annual evaluation that takes inflation and cost of living into account aside from performance.

They are positive, intelligent, relaxed, hard working and friendly. The team isn't toxic or dramatic.
