Through management! Management bullies employees calling them slow and saying they have a learning disability. Management being rude to customers. The employees aren't so bad. They deal with the unprofessionalism pretty well because they dont want to be fired.

Benihana's in Michigan store needs a extreme makeover with Management! Management is the only problem their rude to their customers and employees. They make the franchise bad.
