What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. They have zero response to any needs or concerns

Interacting with humans, listening to their workers. It needs to get better at employing actual leaders, not company lapdogs such as justin Hansen and Aaron littleton.

Honesty about what is actually hurting the brand names/products. The real price of "increased profits" (most of the increase is a lie in the end). Losing market share to cut bakery costs is stupid. They'd never work 9am-9pm let alone 1am to 3pm. They don't add value and don't deserve their paychecks

They need better communication to the sales and delivery drivers on upcoming changes that effect them rather than sending a memo the day of the change.

As a part timer benefits are not offered to me.

They continue to offer less and less money every contract we have. We have no one to represent us on our negotiations. Its a take it or leave it culture.

The commission was only 3% when I know that I was worth more than 3% the competition had newer Vehicles more updated safer vheicles. When you're working you always think about retirement but now that I'm closing the gap on that you think too much about working I think my pension is not going to pay.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Product quality and bakery output reliability need to return to pre-Bimbo purchase standards. Need to quit overworking front line personnel. Twelve hour days with intense social jet lag and split days off damages workers personal lives and physical health constantly.
