What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process included a set of exercises (i.e., homework!) for me to complete and present to the team. I enjoyed the hands-on experience to help me determine if it was work that I actually wanted to do.

How thoughtful and intentional it was. It was clear to me they were stringent about their hires, despite needing the manpower desperately. They took culture seriously, and were committed to finding the right fit.
