They should train the managers or supervisors how to talk to ppl without yelling or cussing at them. The way they treat employees should be fair and it isn't. Wouldn't hurt to pay the employees better either.

The insurance is expensive and doesn't cover everything. The actual pay barely over minimum wage. Some employees are treated horribly by regular staff and the supervisors as well. Better training for supervisors and employees for their position

the place is such a mess, the right hand doesn't have a clue to what the left hand is doing. The production manager has no clue as to what he is doing or cares to learn and does nothing to correct problems

Too many unproductive meetings and calls. Let your managers manage!

They have too many rules that don't make sense, ask for a lot of work for not adequate pay. The company makes a lot of money, but they offer no bonus for the employees that make that happen.

The managers at the location are always getting away with things they should. Gym too scared to say anything. No stock in the warehouse, not compensated for overtime work, made to work overtime, pushes too many jobs to the next month, some techs routes are padded to earn kpi points

The company is great, everybody gets along with each other. It's like a big family, everybody working together to accomplish the same goal. It's a great place to work.
