Communicating changes, eliciting feedback from employees, putting in simple incentives like annual merit increases based on performance to show that people who put in the effort are valued

There are no salary increases, no incentives, no bonuses, a meager one week combined PTO/sick leave, and laughably bad healthcare benefits. As a direct result, employee turnover is extremely high. It's completely unsustainable but leadership is either mysteriously unaware or totally disengaged.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is way below the market rate, by several tens of thousands of dollars. Increases occur about every five years and do not keep up with cost of living increases.

All IT staff need to be educated about Conduent IT security policy. Many don't even know it exists. Infosec001 is for standard users. IT security policy (Conduent Information Security Standard) is something most IT people in Conduent don't even know about which is very scary.

Processes outside of local teams are horrid. Managers need to keep their goal in mind and don't let the process become the goal in itself. it is also unacceptable, in this age, to be doing so much via spreadsheets. people managers, technical managers, leaders etc doing their own accounting--silly

They're really striving for a call center atmosphere instead of an IT company. A more laid back approach with better work life balance would really benefit. Embrace work-from-home. If the entire job can be done remotely, there's no need to force people to come into an office.

The leadership structure is too complex, approvals and decision making takes too long. Investing in new technologies is also very weak..

Conduent is not paying employees very much and even not giving hike if they are giving hike after 3-4 years stll they are giving very less increment where all employees are dissatified and leaving conduent

Approx. 95% of the problems could be resolved by totally revamping and improving compensation/benefits for all employees. It's completely fixable but if leadership is not willing to do that, the company deserves to go under. That's as honest as I can be about the current state of things.
