I like the retirement packages

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other tech, IT and construction companies, we don't try to retain younger talent. Newer generations require more feedback and direction to move forward with a "belief" or action plan. We also don't have real benefits for parental leave, and the PTO is blurry since sick time was removed.

Our team is very united,a great majority of us are fully committed to the company and the product and knowledge. We have fun when we are together and we push to keep going with a laser focus

We truly care about our peers and the company, we feel a lot of pride in what each of us do and we are able to speak comfortably to each other

The fact that our products are always perceived as the best in each of the markets where we exist and people know that if it's Crestron it's possible and if it's Crestron it doesn't fail

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company is out of touch with customers. We rely on dealers, some good some bad. The end user is rarely part of the equation. Our products are solid, but the installation and application varies by dealer. It is Crestron's reputation to the end user that is ignored.
