I am paid in foreign currency, which is beneficial in terms of how weak my local currency is, so in a way, I earn more than my peers who earn locally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to work with the same quality and output regardless of the SLA we have worked on, hence, making us work more hours but off of Worksmart just to meet the quantity required without being paid for it.

Long term vision is non existant at a contractor level. Customer care is very poor. Accuracy of the data is very poor too.
