What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lesson to the employees and work better as a team. Stop working on personal goals and work on company goals. Hold employees accountable for their actions and work. Put the customer first by increasing quality, accuracy and efficiency.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
A good amount of Sick and Vacation time.

our pay is a little low and the stock options are not comparable to others

local teams work close together and the communication is good , the corporate employees seem to be dishonest at times

restructure the business and eliminate the huge overhead of bad non experienced corporate employees

New cooler supervisor changing things around to put her touch on things. When she has no idea on how to do the job she was hired to supervise. Communication is a word that doesn't exist at dean foods.
