There are occasional layoffs in Europe and North America territories. In India, inflation is not taken into account to salary benchmarking. Employees have made it loud and clear that they are unhappy with salary and rewards, sharepoint sites are created to explain rewards no meaningful results seen.

Transparency and honest communication about long-term strategy at a product level
Review from Product Dept · Posted 15 days ago
Ensure pay parity within the team. Be more transparent about market risks due to AI. Strategise on how the company can be relevant beyond hype cycles around AI.

Goal setting and clear communication to team. Understanding business and project requirements in better way. Decision making.

Pay at market rate for my skills
Review from Product Dept · Posted 9 days ago
Lately, a significant amount of work from another vertical has been delegated to our team. Given the additional responsibilities, I feel that my current compensation does not adequately reflect the scope of my workload.
Review from Product Dept · Posted 13 days ago
Journal Manager's roles and responsibilities are exceedingly tedious. We are underpaid and overworked with no scope for quick and easy vertical movement - we are openly asked to move laterally & they are trying to sell it as a USP of culture; however, it is glaring lack of planning.

Clearer pay bands, a Senior Product Manager 1 and Principal Product Manager 1 can get paid the same even though they are two grades a part. Whether you come in new to the company at a specific grade or get promoted up, there should be a difference in pay if the grades are different.

I would feel better if the workload was lower. The company does not hire more people in my position. Rather than that, they hire entry-level people to support us, but at the end of the day, this does not really take work out of our plates.

Linguistic and caste-based groupism and favouritism are experienced, but they are pushed under the rug. At the Chennai office, the Tamil and Telugu brahmin clique and coterie is too much to handle. All despise them. But nothing is openly told,

The current situation is very acceptable
Review from Product Dept
Better communications and inclusivity. The change in communication frequency has been difficult. More "walk the talk", rather than "talk the talk"
Review from Product Dept
More communication and less escalation.

Retain key talent and not recognize poor perfomance

There has been a recent shift in culture, and seems that it aligns with the economic climate. The hiring pause, and changes in the org has resulted in a shift in culture unfortunately.
Review from Product Dept
HR behaves oddly. Some people continuously apply for 5-6 years to get selected. Is this done on purpose to maintain the premiumness - not sure. Rejection reasons are not communicated. All HR work is outsourced, the third party needs more training and fixing

Wrong: constant curveballs being thrown at the team with little to no warning. Improvement: transparency on mid to longterm plans . Less redundancies and reshuffeling of key team members. More thought-through and less hectic approach on AI adoption.

Lack of trust and lack of security

We say we are customer focus, but it's just words: we are only revenue focus
Review from Product Dept
The part of the company I am in (Health) is extremely CAPEX- and finance-driven. Budget cycles, not market trends or customer needs, dictate planning cadence and effectively result in waterfall-like development. Prioritization is based on anecdotes from sellers and executive opinion, not hard data.
