I think if the company allows us to work remotely without having to show up at work 4 times a month, it will be easier for us. In India, we work difficult hours all week and suddenly 1 day a week we are asked to show up at work early in the morning, for the same work that can be done at home.

I think employees should be given more flexibility in working keeping in mind the pressure that is put on them. I think remote work should be the way to go ahead for people who want to work from home and do not want to relocate just to be at work one day every week. I hope this is taken into account

These are indirectly compensational benefits that could be worked up on. w.r.t. compensations, the markets highly volatile with AI and ways of working.
