What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership should focus on retaining the employee instead of terminating them once the project is done. Hiring employs from free pool or giving them a chance is always less time consuming from hiring outside the organization and training new employee.

They are egoistic, ignorant. Seems like no one cares about the employees, all that they do is get the job done at any cost. Horrible hikes even after working by compromising personal life.

They do not even care employees and their concerns. 1) They do not have proper health insurance policies, I am literally struggling since 4 months, no one is there help a new born entry in my existing health insurance, I am requesting since 4 months, Because of this I am unable to reimbursement

good package as per industry standards. but the hike was not just too but very low

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to high performance, a greater workload is placed on me compared to colleagues with similar job levels, and this is not reflected in career growth

I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.

poor engagement, poor communication, misunderstandings of what needs to be achieved

I received an award from Encora in March 2024. However, on April 5th, I was told the client's access rules led to my termination in 30 days. Why hire me if access was an issue? After a year of dedicated work, shouldn't Encora assist in finding a new project instead of terminating me?
