Leadership is a click, and there is a wall between 'leadership and front-line workers'. Leadership needs to solicit employee feedback via town halls and anonymous surveys, which is not currently done.

The recognition that hours worked are often in excess of 40 hours per week.

Health insurance because we live in a deeply flawed, horrific system where that is somehow on the employer and not the government.

I believe the compensation package is appropriate and well balanced. I am still becoming familiar with how the timecard process works, but I appreciate that additional hours are recognized and compensated separately.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing the work that increasingly resembles a high-value/sr. technical solutions architect role while compensation is much closer to the lower end of the SE market. The level of responsibility and expectations has outgrown how I am compensated.
