The most positive thing about the work environment is the way that coworkers interact. Coworkers are positive and supportive of me doing my best work. My coworkers are also very good at working as a team, helping each other out, and sharing tasks to allow people to work to their strengths.

I am new to EDC. The team I am on has a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and healthy debate. EDC culture doesn't seem to be that way. This is the first company I have worked for where the executive team regularly makes vague threats to everyone during all-staff meetings. It's disheartening

EDC seems to have a very corporate mindset, which is not necessarily a bad thing. But it seems to have fostered a culture where debate is discouraged, where finding the best solution is less important than agreeing with the person in charge. That sort of culture stifles innovation and productivity.
